How to Pay Fees and Dues

Canadian Career Education College have various payment methods available. Each method is outlined below with their respective instructions and processing times.

Once the bank confirms the deposit, it will be assigned to your account for further admission-related documentation, including issuing of LOA for the visa. This process may take 2 to 10+ business days.

Can-College has not authorized anyone to collect the tuition fee from anyone on its behalf. Please send an email if you have a concern to report.

How to Pay via Wire Transfer, Bank Deposit, or Email Transfer

Processing Times
International Wire Transfer: 3 - 7 business days from the date and time the transfer was initiated from the international bank.
Direct Bank Deposit from a Canadian Bank: 1 - 2 business days from the date and time the payment was processed.
Interact Email Transfer: 24 - 48 business hours from the date and time the payment was processed.

If you wish to wire transfer the funds, please send an email with your student reference number to the accounts manager for specific information and instructions.

Auto-deposit is enabled. No password or security question required. Note that the e-transfer email address above is a no-reply inbox.

Required: Include the student's full name and student reference number in the description/message box during the e-transfer.


Once a payment has been processed, please send an email to the accounts manager with your full name, student reference number, amount paid, and proof of payment to apply that payment to your account.

Convera (Formerly Western Union)

To pay student fees through Convera, start by visiting the Convera platform. Select your institution, your country, and your payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card). Enter your student information and the payment amount. Review the details and make the payment according to Convera's instructions. Convera will then deliver the funds to your institution

Step-by-step instructions on how to make the payment are provided below:

Step 1: Click here to access secure payment link and start the process by following simple steps. 

Step 2: Enter Your Payment Amount (Enter your payment amount in Canadian dollars.)

Step 3: Select Your Currency and Country* (Select the currency you would like to pay in and your country.)

Step 4: Obtain Your Payment Instructions (Enter the details of the person making the payment and obtain your payment instructions.)

Step 5: Process Your Payment Locally. (Complete your payment at your bank or with online banking using the payment instructions.


Convera Steps.

  • Visit our platform either on your mobile device or desktop.

  • Select the country of the institution for which you are paying.

  • Select your institution (not listed? You may be required to access our services via your institution’s intranet or portal. Please reach out to your institution for assistance).

  • Select your bank country (location of your bank account or card-issuing bank from which you will be paying).

  • Select or enter the fees you wish to pay.

  • Review your payment options and select the option that works best for you.

  • Enter all the required details for your payment.

  • Make your payment. If you are paying via bank transfer, you will be provided with payment instructions to complete your payment directly with your bank.

  • Convera will take care of the rest, and we will let you know when your payment is delivered to your institution.

​​To pay student fees via Western Union, students typically use the Western Union Business Solutions online platform, which may be referred to as Convera at some institutions.The process generally involves logging into the platform, generating a payment quote, printing the confirmation form, and then making the payment with your bank using the confirmation form


*Due to banking regulations, not all currencies are available. If your home currency isn’t offered, you can pay in another currency, such as the U.S. dollar.

Credit Card

Canadian Career Education College accepts payment via most major credit cards.
Note: Debit cards with Visa or Mastercard logos are NOT considered credit cards, and we do not accept payment via debit cards.

Can-College uses two different reliable and independent merchant account processors for its credit card payment handling. They are responsible for collecting cardholder information and processing payments securely and in compliance will all security protocols maintaining the highest industry standards in North America.

At no point is cardholder information is shared, stored, or released with the College or its staff.


Instructions and Options to pay via credit card.

You may use any one of the following online processing services to pay your fees and invoices.

  • Elavon will accept any amount for any purpose. Fees can be paid by using your own credit card or any other person's card with proper authorization. Make sure you have the card holder's accurate billing address and details to process the payment.



Disputing the charge or authorization

Can-College believes in protecting the data of the cardholder and student applicants. If you are the cardholder and believe that your card has been used without authorization or consent, and wish to dispute the charge on your client, please send your claim via email to investigate and resolve such issue as soon as possible without further delay.
